I Miss Something

I was going to title this post "I Miss Dating" but in all honesty, that wouldn't be correct. I don't miss putting up the games people play, but I do miss a lot of things that comes along with dating.

I miss the butterflies in one's stomach the moments before the date arrives, I miss the first kiss and those shortly to follow, I miss the first hand holding experience and cuddling, oh and the first sleeping together experience (no I am not talking about sex here but actually being comfortable enough with one another to fll asleep in one another's arms). But let's not kid ourselves, the first time sex is always interesting too! :)

I guess I am a person of firsts! They can be so breathtaking and memorable and at times nothing can beat the frst time of something.

I remember the first time I ever kissed someone I was dating. I think what made it memorable was the whole enviroment. We were on a run in Feburary (think cold, very cold) and it started ouring down rain (again very cold rain). We were on our cool down portion of the run and I just stopped and looked up at the clouds. When I looked back towards the path we were on he was inches from my face. The rain drops were dripping off hisnose and eye lashes. He leaned in and kissed me. As you can guess, I was no longer cold. Actually I thought my knees were going to give out. He melted me right there.
